Transmission
Transmission oil pressure is too low in every gear
Problem
Solution
1. Transmission oil level is too low
2. Oil leakage in main pipe lines
3. Transmission oil suction filter screen is
blocked
4. Transmission oil pump is damaged
5. Improper pressure valve adjustment
1. Fill transmission oil level to the proper
level
2. Check and repair
3. Clean or replace the filter screen
4. Repair or replace the pump
5. Readjust the valve setting
Transmission oil pressure is too low in some gears
1. Damaged to piston seal ring
2. Damaged seal rings in the transmission
lines
3. Oil leakage in the transmission lines
1. Replace the seal rings
2. Replace the seal rings
3. Check and repair
Torque converter oil temperature is too high
1. Transmission oil level is too low
2. Transmission oil level is too high
3. Oil coolant is blocked
4. Clutch is slipping
5. Excessive time running the machine at
high loads
1. Fill the oil to the proper level
2. Drain the oil to the proper level
3. Clean or replace coolant
4. Check and adjust the transmission oil
pressure
5. Idle or turn off the machine to cool it
down
Loader cannot move after the engine has been started
1. A Gear not selected
2. The transmission valve cannot reset after
cut-off
3. Low torque converter oil pressure
4.
Low transmission oil pressure
1. Shift to desired gear or adjust the
transmission control lever to the desired
position
2. Disassemble the valve for inspection to
identify potential solutions
3. Adjust the torque converter overflow
valve
