Always use the specified thermal paper. See "19. ACCESSORIES AND CONSUMABLE PARTS" for
details.

DO NOT use the thermal paper whose end is glued, taped or folded.

Use the thermal paper whose core inside diameter is 12 mm or more and whose
outside diameter is 18 mm or more.
