Return the Tension bar to the bottom
position from the top position.
Note
- Whether using loose winding or tension
winding modes, use the Tension bar in the
bottom position during take-up operation.

Raise the pressure roller up / down lever
and install the roll media for printing to
the printer.
For media installation procedure, refer to
P.2-7 [Media replacement].

By operating the feed menu on the
operation panel, advance the media until
it reaches the leader paper.

Joint the roll media and leader paper.
Ax at three locations, right, left and
center with adhesive tape.
