Dark lines on the print
[ Cause ]
The area around the Print
head is stained

- The media advance is
not properly adjusted.

surface condition.
- The small error of the ink
droplet position on the
media.
Symptom/Possible Cause Resolution
The area around the Print head is
stained.
(1) Clean the surface of Carriage base.
