(1) Cap cleaning
The carriage moves to the maintenance area
so that the Capping unit can be periodically
cleaned. ( P.4-6 [Clean the Capping
unit])

(2) Service
Execute the service (cleaning) operation.
<Parameter (selection input)>
STORE INK SYS Clean the Print head and ink path with the storage liquid and
ll the storage liquid so that the printer can be left for a long
period of time.
CLEAN INK SYS When returning to the printer after being switched o for a
long period of time with service clean implemented, clean
the Print head and ink ow- path with the cleaning liquid.
CHARGE INK SYS Used this when lling the ink in the printer after performing
the clean.
PH.MAIN MENU
This is used in the maintenance and replacement of Capping unit/wiper blade
and the cleaning the ink owing path, To operate PH.MAIN MENU, press “
