Proceed as follows:
1. Start the TPG Control Center.
2. Select DEVICE – ThinPrint®.
3. In the Printer connection timeout and Job sending timeout
fields, enter the periods of time in seconds after which the
timeouts should take effect (0 s = off).
4. Click Save & Restart to confirm.
ª The settings are saved.
4.5 How to Get Status Information on the Printer
Connections
You can view the connection status of the embedded printers. The
following connection statuses can be displayed:

query.

Connection Status Description
Time out No connection to the printer at present. A connection was
available at an earlier stage.
reachable A connection to the printer is available at present.
unreachable No connection to the printer so far.
Unknown The connection status to the printer cannot be
determined.
