likelihood of bridging between terminals. The cover shall be
close-fitting over the top and all sides of the terminal block, with
no opening other than those necessary for entry of conductors.

nonmetallic material shall comply with the requirements
in 7.1.5, and shall also comply with the requirements for
resistance to hot-wire ignition in the Standard for Polymeric
