OF FIRE OR ELECTRIC SHOCK, CAREFULLY FOLLOW
THESE INSTRUCTIONS" in letters of 1/8 inch (3.18 mm) high
or in a readily visible contrasting text:

provided with ___ ampere branch-circuit protection in
accordance with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70. "
