Tires and Wheels (cont.)
Checking Tire Pressure
The Tires on the SE-3 Patroller provide suspension and traction. Both
functions are affected by tire inflation pressure. Recommended tire pressures
are shown on Wheel labels affixed near the valve stems.
WARNING
Inflate tires to the correct pressure (Table 6). Overinflating or underinflating
Tires can increase your risk of traction loss, possibly resulting in injury or falls.
Front Tire
1. Make sure the SE-3 Patroller is unplugged and powered off.
2. Apply the parking brake (p. 24).
3. Turn the handlebar all the way to the left.
4. From behind the front wheel shroud, locate the valve stem and check
the tire pressure (Figure 48).
Rear Tires
1. Make sure the SE-3 Patroller is unplugged and powered off.
2. Apply the parking brake (p. 24).
3. Locate the rear tire valve stem and check the tire pressure.

Tire Recommended Pressure
Front Tire 22 psi (1.52 Bar; 152 kPa)
Rear Tires 25 psi (1.72 Bar; 172 kPa)
