SOLUTION
Make sure the unit is connected properly.
Make sure all cables are securely connected into the
appropriate jacks.
Refer to the “power supply and installation” section.
Ensure that the cigarette-lighter voltage is 12V and
not 24V.
Check the fuse on the cigarette-lighter socket.
The disc might be damaged. Try another disc. It is
normal for some distortion to appear during forward or
backward search.
Check if the connections with the external AV device
are correct.
The operation cannot be completed at this time
because:
1. The disc restricts it;
2. The disc doesn't support this feature (e.g. multiple
angles);
3. The feature is not available at the moment;
4. You have requested a title or chapter number that
does not exist.
Troubleshooting
Adjust the volume level on both the unit and your
external audio/video appliance. If you have
connected the monitor to the car DVD audio system,
adjust the speaker sound level to your preference.
Due to continuous improvements, the features and specifications
above are subject to change without notice.
Note:
1. External hard drives are not supported.
2. Some models of USB storage devices or Mp3 players may not be played.

be played due to the disc quality and format.
4. Some DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW, CD-R/RW discs may not be played due to
the quality or burning conditions.
