CAP HEAT PRESS MACHINE INTRUDUCTION

• Plug in, turn on the power switch. (The machine rated voltage 110V, rated

input power 350W)

• Set operating procedures: (Temperature displays in Fahrenheit)

• Starting temperature: Press the mode setting key the first time then set the

indicator light, press the key addition or subtraction key to set the starting

temperature.

• Maximum temperature: Press the mode setting button the second second

time, temperature indicator light turns on, press the key addition or subtraction

key to set the maximum temperature.

• The most high-temperature printing time: Press the button a third mode is set,

then the time indicator light, press the key addition or subtraction key to set the

highest.

• Temperature and printing time. Executive state: Press mode setting key the

fourth time the machine starts the executive states.

• Note: The starting temperature setting range from 200 to 380 degrees, the

highest temperature setting range from 200 to 430 degrees. The highest

temperature printing time setting range is 0 to 999 seconds. The machine has

the temperature setting self-locking function: set the starting temperature of

340 degrees, the machine will automatically limit the maximum temperature

setting range is 340 to 430 degrees. Conversely, if the first set maximum

temperature is 250 degrees, the machine will automatically define the starting

temperature setting range is 200 to 250 degrees.

• Recommended printing parameters.

• Slow Roasted: place the object, press pressure handle, turn the power, the

temperature begins to rise. When the temperature rose to the starting

temperature, the buzzer sings shortly, press Enter button again until a long

buzzer sounds, press the execution key once, ends the printing. Remove the

object, the temperature will gradually return to the starting temperature, be in

the transferring situation.

• Starting temperature: 230 degrees, the highest temperature 330 degrees, the

highest temperature baking time 45 seconds.

• Speed roast: In the starting temperature state, place the object, pressing

pressure handle, press Enter again until a long buzzer sounds, press the

execution key once, end the printing. Remove the object, the temperature will

gradually return to the starting temperature, stays in the printing state again.

• When the temperature is below the initial temperature, press the executive

button can complete the printing too. But the machine won’t make the buzzer

while it gets to the starting temperature.

• Recommended parameters (speed bake mode): the initial temperature was

set to 355 degrees, the highest temperature setting is also 355 degrees,

Maximum temperature baking time is 120 seconds. After the temperature rose

to the starting temperature, pull down the pressure handle immediately. Printing preparation: clean the surface of the transfer material with a cloth, the transfer paper bonds surface of the transfer material, with a high temperature adhesive tape fixed to the front facing material, place the material with the head up, put it in the foam silicone board. If the pressure is not suitable, adjust the height of the machine head.
