2.PlacethermwareintheUSBashdiskandmakesureit’splaced
atthetop-leveldirectory.Pleasedonotplacetheleinafolder.
(make sure to change the rmware le name to “rmware”
and leave its le extension “.tar.gz” as is before placing the
le to the USB disk)
3.PlugUSBashdiskintoUSBportontheNVR
4.TheStatusLEDontheNVRwillstarttoashinamber.Thisindi-
catesrmwareupgradeisinprocess
5.***Warning***Pleasewaituntilupgradeprocessnished,inter-
rupt the upgrade process may cause system not work anymore
6.WaituntilStatusLEDashesingreen.Thisindicatesrmwareup-
gradeisnished
7. Power off the NVR and remove the USB disk the power the unit
back on again
8.Restorecongurationlebackifneeded
5.Followtheonscreeninstructionandwaitfortheprocesstonish
(After upgrade, the system will reboot automatically, it’s part of the
process)
