The Calibration Numbers chart (pg. 1) is a starting point ONLY. Fine tuning of the calibration number is
necessary to achieve desired accuracy.
Use the Rate Check Procedure (pg. 34) to further verify calibration number accuracy.
If desired product is not present in the Calibration Numbers Chart, a static calibration is needed. See Static
Calibration Procedure relating to your control system (Loup III or Seed Hawk Viper Pro™).
IMPORTANT! This booklet pertains to hydraulic drive systems only.
The metering rollers will turn during the
calibration procedure. Keep away from moving
components when performing a catch test using
the remote tank console.
Be aware of bystanders and alert anyone
around the air cart when performing the
calibration process.
