11.0 WARRANTY
SEEDHAWKINC.LIMITEDWARRANTYSTATEMENT

Seed Hawk’s frame is warranted for five (5) years from date of delivery to original registered
owner or 25,000 acres, whichever comes first, against defects in material and workmanship,
and to perform according to specifications when such products are properly used and
maintained.

SeedHawk’shydrauliccylinders,seals,andhoseassembliesarewarrantedfor30monthsfrom
dateofdeliverytooriginalregisteredowner,againstdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship,and
toperformaccordingtospecificationswhensuchproductsareproperlyusedandmaintained.

HydraulicWarranty

1. Wing cylinder, shank cylinder and hose assembly (parts and labor) in first 12 months
fromdateofdeliverytooriginalregisteredowner.
2. Wingcylinder,shankcylinderandhoseassembly(partsonly)in13‐30monthsfromdate
ofdeliverytooriginalregisteredowner
3. All otherhydraulicvalvesandmotorsarewarrantedforoneyearfromdateofdelivery
tooriginalregisteredowner.
*WarrantywillbevoidedifDumpLineisfoundtohaveevidenceofblockageorvoid.

Seed Hawk Inc. warrants each new Seed Hawk Inc. product for one (1) year from date of
delivery to originalregistered owner against defects in material and workmanship when such
productsareproperlyassembled,installed,used,andmaintained.

SeedHawk’sliabilityunderthiswarrantyshallbelimitedtooneofthefollowing:

1. Repairorreplacementofthedefectivepartatourdiscretion.
2. Grantingofareasonableallowanceforrepairofthepart,pendingapprovalbySeedHawk.

GenuineSeedHawkInc.replacementpartsandcomponentswillbewarrantedfor90daysfrom
thedateofpurchase,ortheremainderoftheoriginalequipmentwarrantyperiod,whicheveris
longer.

Under no circumstances will it  cover any merchandise or components thereof, which, in the
opinion of the Seed Hawk Inc., has been  subject to misuse, unauthorized modification,
alteration, and accidentor if repairs have been made with parts other than those obtainable
throughSeedHawkInc.

Our obligation under this warranty shall belimited to repairingor replacing, freeof charge to
theoriginalregisteredpurchaser,anypartthat,in our judgment,shall show evidence of such
