4.1 FIELDOPERATION

4.1.1 OPERATORRESPONSIBILITY

It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure SAFE operation, adjustment, maintenance and
repair of the Seed Hawk Drill.This responsibility includes the proper training of any person
whowilloperate,adjustmaintain,repairorworkinthevicinityoftheSeedHawkDrill.

This Operator’s Manual provides step‐by‐step procedures for proper operation, field
adjustment, routine maintenance, and equipment repairs for the Seed Hawk

 Drill.The
informationprovidedincludesgoodsafetypracticesthatshouldbeadheredtowhileoperating
thisequipment.

Onceproperlytrained,italsobecomestheresponsibilityoftheoperatortoapplygoodsafety
practicesthat willnot only protectthe operatorbut otherswho may beinthe vicinity of the
SeedHawkDrillwhileitisinoperation.Nearlyallaccidentscanbepreventedbyfollowingand
