Only the "Data module (DM = 44 hex)" command types exist for RST and
PST when the "3964R" protocol is implemented; the following situations
may therefore occur:
- SEND: Transmit data from the RST data module to the PST data module
- FETCH: Fetch data from the PST data module and write it to the RST data mod-
ule
