PAYMENT
1. All payments must be in US funds
2. Credit Card: We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card or
Visa drawn on US Banks. Chargebacks will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
3. Check / Money Order: Must be from US Bank/institution.
Please allow sufficient funds for shipping. Put your customer number on
your check. Your order will be held until check/MO has cleared.
Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.
4. Open Accounts:
Limited open accounts available to gov, schools, hospitals & certain
corporations. For information contact our sales department.
5. Wire Transfers: For Orders Outside N. America Payment must be made
by Wire Transfer to our account. Minimum order $100.00 in US Dollars.
NOTICE: There is also a service fee charged by Banks at both ends.
SALES TAX
Orders shipped within Florida must pay Florida Sales Tax, unless we have
a signed Florida Blanket Certificate of Resale on file before the sale. If you
are required to pay sales tax in your state, that is your responsibility.
GUARANTEE
At our option, any defective product will be repaired or replaced within the
warranty period by the same or substantially similar product or a refund will
be issued.
RETURN POLICY
Inspect all packages upon receipt! If product was damaged in shipment to
you, save box, packing & contact carrier.
Returns or exchanges must be within 15 days from date of invoice.
Returned Items will be subject to a 15% restocking charge after 30days,
An additional 5% per 30day period will added after 60 days.
(1-30days=0%/31-60days=15%/61-90days=20%/91-120days=25% etc.)
A return form is provided in your package, no need to call. Items must be
complete, in original condition & packaging, including Manuals, cables,
screws etc. Internal manufacturer's packaging/boxes must be un-
damaged. Returns not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.
Pack carefully then ship freight paid (No COD).

*UPS 3 Day Air: (Orange Label) Order will be delivered in 3 working days.

*UPS Overnight: (Red label) Order must be placed by 3:00 PM Eastern time.

*Saturday Delivery: Red Label Charge plus $15.00 (excludes Holidays)
Insurance: $0.50 per $100.00 First $100.00 free.
*Dimensional Wt. UPS Air Shipments: Please be advised that UPS uses a
different fee schedule for packages that do not conform to their dimension &
weight guidelines. Packages measuring over 1 cubic foot will be based on
dimensional weight of package when dim. wt. exceeds actual weight. Since
each order is unique, this fee can only be calculated at time of shipment.
