Infant ID Cut-Band Transmitter

Description: The infant ID Cut-Band transmitter is an active radio frequency (RF)
transmitter transmitting a unique ID code to help distinguish individual wearing the
transmitter. The Infant ID Cut-Band transmitter transmits RF signals at 13.56 MHz
when in the standard operating mode. In the event the strap is tampered with the
transmitter should begin transmitting a 418 MHz emergency signal. The Infant ID Cut-
Band transmitter can be placed into a "SLEEP" mode by authorized staff members
when the infant is ready to be discharged from the facility and removal of the
transmitter is required.
