Ordering New or Replacement Transmitters
Transmitters are purchased directly from Secure Care Products, Inc.
Please Call 1-800-451-7917 when ordering transmitters.
Transmitters and straps will typically be shipped two weeks after receipt of your order.
Transmitter Straps and cradles are sold as a single unit for a single use and are sold
in packages of one dozen.
Transmitters are warranted per the attached Warranty Statement. When requesting
warranty replacement transmitters, you should call the Secure Care Products, Inc.
transmitter department for instruction.
Transmitters replaced under warranty are required to be returned to Secure Care
Products, Inc., postage paid, within two weeks.
