User's Manual
Changes or modifications to the transmitter not expressly approved by
Secure Care Products, Inc. may void the user's authority to operate the
Model 135 system
FCC ID: KNKTX0001
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference and
(2) this device must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation
Electrostatic Discharge
Care should be taken to avoid electrostatic discharge (ESD) on or near
the transmitter case, since these types of events may damage or
temporarily disable circuits and/ or components within the transmitter.
Although ESD events are common, there are a few precautions that can
be taken to minimize the risk. If carpeted floors, synthetic fiber clothing,
and non-metal objects are used in the vicinity of transmitters, the
caregivers should get in the habit of grounding themselves briefly by
touching a metal surface prior to handling the transmitters. Avoid placing
the transmitter in energized fields such as x-ray machines or near other
electronic devices that may emit electrical or magnetic fields.
