The Model 135 ID System was designed to assist your facility nursing staff with the difficult task of managing your residents,
infants, and assets. This system was designed to identify the transmitter, who the transmitter is assigned to, and what door
the transmitter is near. In order for the Model 135 ID System to provide this valuable information, the system must be loaded
with the transmitter information.
NOTE: Test all transmitters in use daily.
Test all transmitters prior to placing into use.
Step 1
The ID Nurse Station display should read:
ID System Active
Inactive: 0 Version: x.xx
Step 2
Now enter *234, holding the 4 until the display
changes to this:
1 = Transmitters 2=Panels
* = More 9 = Quit >>
Step 3
Begin by entering all the transmitter data first. Enter
transmitter ID #, room #, then transmitter
description. Press “1” on the keypad. The display
should now read:
1 = Add\Modify 2 = Delete
3 = Show All 9 = Back >>
Step 4
Press “1” on the keypad. This next screen will
prompt you to enter the transmitter ID # first. See
diagram below for location of transmitter ID #.

Step 5
Once the transmitter ID has been entered into the
keypad, press “*”. The display should change to
this:
Enter room # * = OK
Room # ----
Step 6
Now enter the infant’s room # and press “*” when
you are finished. The display should now read:
1 = up 2 = dn # = bk
* = OK
Name: ______________
Step 7
Enter the infant’s name. Press “*” when the letter is
correct and use “*” to enter a space between first
and last name. When complete, press “*” to change
the display to:
* = done 1 = more data entry
Selection: __
Step 8
If you have more infant data to enter, press “1” and
return to the beginning. When you are finished
entering all infant data, press “*” or wait 15
seconds. The display will go back to the original
system status screen in Step 1.
