9. Grasp the new lamp assembly only by the handle.

Inspect the lamp for obvious damage. Do not install or attempt to operate the lamp

with a broken, cracked, or loose reflector or cover glass.

10.Align the guides on the lamp assembly with the lamp enclosure, and slide the new

lamp assembly into the lamp housing.

11. Tighten both screws.

12.Close the lamp access door and tighten both screws. Do not overtighten.

13.Carefully snap the speaker grille into place.

14.Discard the spent lamp according to federal, state, and provincial hazardous dis-

posal rules and regulations.
