Most laundering problems are easily solved if you understand the cause, Check these
lists for common laundry and washer problems. If you need further assistance, see

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Message Codes Inlet hoses are kinked or Straighten inlet hoses.
"LF" dogged.
(Long Fill) Water valve screens are net clear. Clear screens of any foreign material
"LD" Drain hose is kinked or clogged. Straighten or unplug hose.
(Long Drain)
"FF" Problem with water level Call for service.
(Fill Failure) sensing system.
"OL" Lid is open during drain or spin, Close lid.
(Open Lid)
"PF" Power to washer went off Press any pad to clear the display.
(Power Failure) during cycle. Restart the washer from the beginning
of the cycle.
"OB" Load is unbalanced. Redistribute Ioad evenly inside basket.
(Off Balance)
Washer Leaks Household plumbing is leaking. Repair plumbing.
Inlet hoses not tight. Tighten hoses (see "Installation
Instructions," Section D & E).
Inlet hose washers not Reseat washers. (see "installation
properly seated. Instructions," Section D & E).
Drain hose not properly Clamp drain hose (see "Installation
clamped or isoff. Instructions," Section C).
Drain is clogged. Remove drain clogs. Sink, standpipe,
or floor drain must be able to handle
17 gal (64 L) of water per minute.
Tub moved forward during Ensure tub is centered before
unloading, causing water to starting washer.
deflect off tub ring.
Unit not level causing water Ensure front feet are installed and
