Freezing
Yourfreezerwill notquick-freezeanylargequantity
of food.Donotput moreunfrozenfoodintothe
freezerthanwillfreezewithin24 hours(nomore
than2 to 3 Ibsof foodpercubicfootof freezer
space).Leaveenoughspaceinthe freezerfor airto
circulatearoundpackages.Becarefulto leave
enoughroomatthe frontso thedoorcanclose
tightly.
Storagetimeswill varyaccordingto the qualityand
typeof food,thetypeof packagingor wrapused
(airtightandmoisture-proof)and thestorage
temperature.Icecrystalsinsidea sealedpackage
arenormal.Thissimplymeansthat moistureinthe
foodand airinsidethe packagehavecondensed,
creatingicecrystals.
NOTE:Allowhotfoodsto cool at roomtemperature
for30 minutes,thenpackageand freeze.Cooling
hotfoodsbeforefreezingsavesenergy.

switch with a glass.
