How to Clear CMOS Contents: J8

This procedure should be done after the system BIOS is updated.

1. Power off the computer and remove the system cover.

2. You can clear the system CMOS by shorting pins 1-2 for a brief moment. To do so,

place the jumper cap on the J8 pins 1-2.

3. Power on and allow the system to boot.

4. Power off.
