6 Troubleshooting
Fail to turn mobile phones on
Remove the battery and then reinstall it. Charge the battery until the battery icon stops flicking. Finally, unplug the charger, and then try to turn the mobile phone
on again.
The screen shows locked information when turning the mobile phone on
Someone has tried to use your mobile phone, but he/she does not know your PIN cod or unlock code (PUK). Please contact with the service provider.
The screen shows IMSI error
Such problem is in connection with the subscribed service. Please contact with the operator.
Mobile phones fail to return to the standby interface
After turning the mobile phone off, check whether the SIM card and battery are installed correctly, and then turn the mobile phone on again.
There is no signal symbol
You are disconnected from the network, the signal is blocked (such as in tunnels or among high-rise buildings), or you are beyond the coverage area of network.
Please go to another place, and then try again or reconnect with network (especially when staying abroad). If your mobile phone has external antenna, check
whether the antenna is at proper place, or contact with the network operator to seek help or obtain relevant information.
The screen has no/slow response after pressing keys
The screen will respond slowly in extra low temperature, which is normal phenomenon. Go to a warmer place and try again. For any other notice, please consult
with your dealer.
