Troubleshooting
Problem:
The laminator has no display

Solution 1:
Ensure that the mains supply to the laminator is O.K.

Solution 2:
Unplug the laminator. Check the fuses on the main control board situated in the
right cabinet. This should only be done by authorised safety or maintenance personnel. Spare
fuses are located on the upper horizontal cable channel.
Problem:
The rotation of the rollers will not function.

Solution 1:
Ensure that the emergency stop buttons have not been activated, rotate them to
reset.

Solution 2:
Ensure that the emergency stop trip wire have not been activated, pull to reset.
Check wire tension, indicator on switch should be about the middle of the green ring.

Solution 3:
Make sure that opto-electronic protective device is not blocked.

Solution 4:
Make sure that the table is in the working position.

Solution 5:

right cabinet. This should only be done by authorised safety or maintenance personnel.
