6.3.5 Too much heat in the final result.

The result is still too hot after the pull rollers. The bottom pull roller also gets hot.
• Reduce the heater settings.
• Check the function of the cooling device or have the device installed.
6.3.6 Roller alignment fault.

The wrinkles occur on one side only (left or right).
• This is a machine adjustment error. Contact Neschen Americas Technical Support team
or your reseller and ask for technical assistance.
6.3.7 Material rolls are jumping.
A regular tick can be heard in the shaft suspension.
• Adjust the shaft support (1) by turning up or down the screw (2) with an Allen key (3).
