5.1.1.1 The Home Screen
Here is a summary of the Home Screen buttons. These buttons are always visible no
matter what screen is active inside the grey box. On the home screen the machine status
of all functions are displayed inside the black box outlined in grey.
1. Top Roll temperature button
a. Action: Call up “Top Roll Temperature Control” screen – see separate description.
2. Bottom Roll temperature button
a. Action: Call up “Bottom Roll Temperature Control” screen – see separate
description.
3. Fan button
a. Action: Toggle fan on and off – no separate screen called up, the fan indicator is
on the home screen.
4. Help button
a. Action: Call up help screen to view software revision level or change between
imperial and metric units.
5. Home screen button
a. Action: Return to the Home Screen from any other screen.
6. Run button
a. Action: Starts running the rolls in the selected direction.
b. Brighter when motor is not running, dimmer when motor is running.
