this declaration relates, is in conformity with the following standards and/or other normative
documents:
ETSI EN 301 681, ETSI EN 301 489-1, -19, - 20, IEC 60945 / EN 60945, IEC 60950-1
AND EN 60950-1
We hereby declare that all essential radio test suite have been carried out and that the
above named product is in conformity to all the essential requirements of Directive 1999/5/
EC.
The Conformity Assessment procedure referred to Article 10 and detailed in Annex [III] or
[IV] of Directive 1999/5/EC has been followed with involvement of the following Certified
body:
TUV SUD PSB Pte Ltd. 1 Science Park Drive, Singapore 118221
The technical documentation relevant to the above equipment are held at:
