8. In the Specify Neighborhood Administration Features window, use the
default settings and click [Next >].
9. In the Configure Accounts window:
a. From the Available list, select the user group you want to be able to run
the application you are publishing.
b. Click [Add].
c. Repeat steps a and b for each desired user group.
d. Click [Next >].
