Creating the Virtual IIS Directory
Note: All references to C in this procedure refer to the drive that your operating
system is installed on.
1. Make sure that Windows Terminal Services, Citrix MetaFrame, B.A.S.I.S.,
Java Virtual Machine, and Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) are
installed on the server.
2. Create a directory named C:\InetPub\Citrix.
3. Click the Windows Start button, then select Programs > Administrative
Tools > Internet Services Manager.
4. Expand your server name and highlight Default Web Site.
5. From the Action menu, select New >Virtual Directory. A wizard will start.
Use the default settings, with the following exceptions:
For Alias type Citrix.
For Directory, browse and select C:\InetPub\Citrix.
For access permissions, select Read, Run scripts, and Browse.
