3. Open the cabinet rear door.
NOTE: There are two PCI fault display PCBs. Each one is secured to the panel at the top of the card cage
(containing card cage slot numbers and LEDs) with three screws, two of which are secured at the top of the
panel, and the other at the bottom.
4. Open the card cage door on the side where the failed PCI fault display PCB is located.
(See Figure 4-2.)
5. Remove the two top screws securing the failed PCI fault display PCB to the panel.

6. Remove the bottom screw securing the failed PCI fault display PCB to the panel. (See Figure 4-29.)
