11 Troubleshooting
The following pages describe problems that may occur when you are using the
drives and suggest ways of solving them.
If the recommended actions are unsuccessful, try rebooting (switch the system
unit off and after about 10 seconds switch it back on again).
If rebooting does not help, inform your corresponding Service. Record all the
activities which may have caused the problem and any actions you have taken
so far in attempting to eliminate it.
