Before connecting an IDE hard drive to the tray, power off the system first, and then

follow the steps below to connect.

Step 1: Insert the enclosed plastic stick into the loophole to loosen the handle.

Step 2: Hold the handle to pull out the tray.

Step 3: Connect the IDE cable and 4-pin power connector to the IDE hard drive.

Step 4: Screw the hard drive, and replace the tray.

NOTICE: The handle is a switch controlling the hard drive power. Don’t

open it arbitrarily during operation otherwise it may cause data loss.
