Installation
1.1 Introduction
The plug-in Input/Output (I/O) module described in this manual has been designed for integration into a SS-1200-
FCAL storage subsystem, utilizing FCAL interfacing with the host computer system.
This chapter describes the procedures for installing the FCAL I/O module in a SS-1200-FCAL enclosure.
The SS-1200-FCAL storage subsystem includes an enclosure with rear facing bays which house the plug-in I/O
modules, ESI/Ops panel module and Power Supply/Cooling modules
.Two I/O modules are housed in Bays 3/2 and 3/3.
