3.14.2 PERSISTENT RESERVE OUT service actions
When processing the PERSISTENT RESERVE OUT service actions, the device server shall increment the PRGENERATION value as
specified in 3.13.2.
The PERSISTENT RESERVE OUT command service actions are defined in table 89.
