General - The general design, shape and arrangement shall be as
illustrated except where variations are specifically described. See ILL. 4 to
exposed blades dimensions.
1. Body - R/C (QMFZ2/QMFZ8), PVC molded, Type 730, SILVER AGE ENGINEERING
PLASTICS (DONGGUAN) CO LTD, (E225348), rated V-0, minimum thickness of
1.5 mm. See ILL. 5 for dimensional details.
2. Inner Body – R/C (QMFZ2/QMFZ8), PBT molded, Type 4130, CHANG CHUN
CHEMICAL (ZHANGZHOU) CO LTD, (E304813), rated V-0, minimum thickness of
0.38 mm. See ILL. 6 for dimensional details.
3. Blade – R/C (AXNU2), Cat. No. SH996, SHIAN HWI ENTERPRISE CO LTD,
(E168608), suitable for use with the conductor types and sizes,
insulation class and curing method as specified in the installation
instructions provided with the blade. Blade is secured to conductors
using the tools, method and recommended crimp height as specified in
the blade installation instruction sheet for the blade employed.
4. Grounding Pin - Copper alloy, one provided, crimp to conductor,
measured crimp length of 3.7 mm. See ILL. 7 for dimensional details.
5. Flexible Cord – Listed (ZJCZ/ZJCZ7), crimp to contact. See the
following table for application details.
