General - The general design, shape and arrangement shall be as
illustrated except where variations are specifically described. The
Configuration is identical to NEMA 1-15P. See ILL. 1 to exposed blades
dimensions.
Body – Molded PVC, R/C (QMFZ2/8), Cat. No. 730, manufactured by SILVER
AGE ENGINEERING PLASTICS (DONGGUAN) CO LTD (E225348), rated V-0,
minimum thickness of 1.5 mm. See ILL. 2 for demensions details.
Inner Body – Molded PBT, R/C (QMFZ2/8), Cat. No. 4120, manufactured by
CHANG CHUN CHEMICAL (ZHANGZHOU) CO LTD (E304813), rated V-0, minimum
thickness of 0.82 mm. See ILL. 3 for demensions details.
Line/Neutral Blade - R/C (AXNU2), Cat. No. SH995, manufactured by
SHIAN HWI ENTERPRISE CO LTD (E168608), suitable for use with the
conductor types and sizes, insulation class and curing method as
specified in the installation instructions provided with the blade.
Blades is secured to conductor using the tools, method and recommended
crimped height as specified in the blade instruction sheet for the
blade employed.
Cord – Flexible cord, Listed (ZJCZ/7). See the following table for
application details.
