system with a opened up and re-routed design
allowing the exhaust to travel out of the water
box with zero restriction and back pressure.

Free Flow Kit is manufactured from oversized CNC precision mandrel bent
aluminum tubing and is coupled with High Temperature Silicone Hoses and
performance clamps guaranteed to handle higher exhaust temperatures.
The R&D kit gives your 260X the performance “Muscle Car” sound it
deserves. The R&D kit removes ALL the unwanted plastic exhaust parts.

The RIVA rear storage tub for Sea-Doo S3 iS & aS models allows
installation of RIVA Rear Exhaust Kit (RS15100-2 page 17) or RIVA
Pro-Series Water Box (RS16091 page 16). Replaces OEM storage tub
creating clearance for performance components while sealing craft from
water intrusion.
• Required when installing RIVA Rear Exhaust Kit (RS15100-2) on Sea-Doo
S3 iS/aS suspension models.
• Required when installing RIVA Pro-Series Water Box (RS16091) on
Sea-Doo iS/aS suspension models hull outlet flange.

X-TENDER KIT
The R&D Exhaust X-Tender Kit allows the
exhaust to be extended 1.5 inches which
will move the water muffler back 1.5
inches creating enough room to be able
to change out a supercharger (Hot)
in 5 minutes. No more hassling with
extremely hot exhaust pipes, water
mufflers and V-band clamps! The X-TENDER kit installs easily using an
additional V-band clamp. Install the R&D Exhaust X-TENDER kit in place
and never hassle a supercharger change out again. The R&D kit will install
directly to all RXT/RXP/GTX supercharged model Sea-Doo's using O.E.M.
BRP hardware.

SENSOR MOUNT KIT
The R&D Exhaust X-Tender Kit
allows the exhaust to be extended
2 inches which will move the water
muffler back 2 inches creating enough room to be able to change out a
supercharger (Hot) in 5 minutes. No more hassling with extremely hot
exhaust pipes, water mufflers and V-band clamps! An additional bonus is
the oxygen sensor mount incorporated into the X-Tender, allowing quick and
easy installation of an AFR Gauge (Air/Fuel Ratio) for properly tuning the X
power plant. The X-Tender kit installs easily using an additional OEM V-band
clamp. The R&D kit will install directly to all Sea-Doo X supercharged models
using O.E.M. BRP hardware. You will need to purchase an extra OEM V band
clamp. One is not provided.
