OutputFormat=2 (raw data in decimal)
Data is output in the order listed, with a comma followed by a space between
each parameter. Shown with each parameter are the number of digits and the
placement of the decimal point. Leading zeros are suppressed, except for one
zero to the left of the decimal point.
1. Temperature A/D counts = tttttt
2. Conductivity frequency (Hz) = cccc.ccc
3. Pressure sensor pressure A/D counts = pppppp
4. Pressure sensor temperature compensation voltage = v.vvvv
