ATMA HIGH PERFORMANCE
Long-Stroke Screen Printers
All ATMA presses are built to the highest standards, assured by ISO9001 certification. The table is made from aero quality aluminum with a
honey comb interior that is strong and light weight. It is driven by the highest quality German “SEW” motor on linear bearing rails with shock
free speed control. This assures smooth, quiet running with a minimum of wear and accurate stop positioning. The selectable up/down register
guides on three sides enables same point registering for two sided printing.
Screens are inserted from the front and held by loose-proof air locks. X/Y axis registration knobs adjust in numerical micrometers. Screen
up/down motion is driven by a “SEW” motor plus syncro chain and shock free speed control. The off contact is set by a numerical adjustment
knob for synchronized peel off contact.
The print head is driven on the finest linear bearing rails with variable shock free speed control. The head runs stably and smoothly at all
speeds with individually adjustable print and flood speeds.
The take off on the ‘G Type” features a side out, reversible conveyer system. The variable speed conveyer’s vacuum system holds sheets until
dropped onto the dryer. Grippers adapt from 0-6mm and has a release dwell time control.
The separate control box has controls: Power On/Off, System On/Off, 3 Operational Modes, 3 Vacuum Modes, 3 Cycle Modes, Clean Up Lift,
Screen Up/Down, Print Head Left/Right, Squeegee Up/Down, Flood Up/Down, Table In/Out, Print Speed, Flood Speed, Auto Timer, Table
Dwell Timer, Counter, Emergency Stop, Shields, Conveyer On/Off, Gripper On/Off, Conveyer Speed, Blow Back Dwell, and Gripper Release.
