Sharpener as a profession-
al yet economical solution
to your squeegee sharpen-
ing needs.
The squeegee (mounted
readily on a clamp or han-
dle) is held horizontally by
the Squeegee Holder with
blade facing down, hand
push the squeegee leftward toward rotating wheel for
grinding along high-quantity linear rail, so as the stroke
limits & speed are controlled (slow & steady speed for
right-to-left highly suggested, left-to-right return may be
faster).
Stationary Motor-drive design, adopts Sand-belt Wheel
for grinding, wheel rotation speed fixed in uniform
clockwise direction, perfectly balanced and easy to
maintain. With another Stone Wheel at the other end
for corner trimming.

SQUEEGEE SHARPENERS
Liberty offers the ATMA AT-S TOP-QUALITY Automatic
Squeegee Sharpeners in two versions (AT-S, Manual
Feed-in type) & latest Fully Automatic type (AT-S-A
Auto Feed-in type), with ISO9001 & 14001 certified
quality featuring elegant design, solid structure, com-
pact size, fine finish, extreme accuracy, superb per-
formance, user friendly operations and environment-
friendly energy efficiency, Top-quality of their kind in the
market.
The squeegee (mounted readily on a clamp or handle)
is held still horizontally by the Squeegee Holder with
blade up-right, the Grinding Wheel rotates and travels
in shuttle stroke to grind the blade edge. Due to the
high resolution of the wheel and steady and smooth
shuttle stroke movement, perfect sharpness and
straightness are therefore guaranteed.
Adopts Diamond wheel for grinding (single roughness
on AT-S type; dual roughness + Digital-Preset Selection
+ Pneumatic Auto-shifting on AT-S-A type), long life and
easy to maintain.
Vacuum Cleaning with vacuum cleaner installed inside
machine cabin to collect the ground-off debris.
Electric control (AT-S-A type adopts PLC control) fea-
tures on/off switches for main power & vacuum, selec-
tion switch for manual/auto operation, print head single-
stroke buttons and speed tuner. AT-S-A type has fur-
ther Digital Setting + Display for Shuttle Times/Feed-in
Depth (1 each for 2 wheel roughness) & Wheel height
