Coating materials of almost any make-up can be
applied to a wide variety of stock. Some examples are
paint, adhesives, vinyl, wood glue, enamels, oil, photo-
sensitive liquids, blueing, UV inks, epoxy, and clear
overcoats. Precision adjustments allow exact metering
of the coating liquid for uniform coating, saving time and
money. Both soft and rigid stock can be either sheet
red or roll fed. Available in Top, Bottom or Both Top &
Bottom Coating.

LAMINATORS
The Model 82 Laminator is a sheet fed laminator with
sizes up to 62” wide. It offers a full range of acces-
sories, from silicone covered rolls to variable speed
drives, making it possible to laminate virtually any over-
lay material to sheet substrates with a minimum of set
up time. Sheet-to-sheet lamination is easy. Precision
roll opening adjustment allows laminating soft sub-
strates as well as rigid.
Foot pedal operation is standard. If an interliner must
be removed, an automatic rewind should be ordered
with the machine.

ANATOL’s FORMULATOR
This automated ink mixing sys-
tem is a heavy duty mixer capa-
ble of mixing quarts to 5 gallon
pails of thin to heavy viscosity
inks with easy changeover and
clean-up of blades. It has a
multi-directional, variable speed
DC motor. is available in 115 or
220 Vac, single phase. Anatol
offers a two year limited warran-
ty on the mixer.
E--IMDC Formulator Ink Mixer Includes gallon
and 5 gallon blade.
E--IMDC-1 Formulator Ink Mixer Includes quart
and gallon blade.
This tabletop stirrer is adaptable to a
wide variety of applications from a
small beaker of low viscosity liquid to
a gallon of medium-high viscosity liq-
uid. Powerhead slides easily up and
down on vertical shaft, locking any-
where with a slight twist of the clamp
handle. Slow starts smoothly building
to high speeds can be obtained by a
gradual turn of the sensitive needle
valve. Changes of impellers and shafts of different
diameters and pitches can be made quickly using the
hex wrench furnished for the sleeve coupling. The
Mixed Flow Impellers that come with this unit are capa-
ble of giving a mix obtainable with no other blade. Unit
consists of stand with vertical rod, machined all angle
clamp holder, 4 foot length of oilproof hose with brass
fittings, and variable speed powerhead .
