Sales Tax:
Ohio customers will be charged Ohio State Sales Tax unless a valid
exemption certicate is on le with Richardson Supply.
TAX I.D. Numbers will not be accepted over the phone.
Payment Methods:
All orders are COD unless other arrangements are made at the time
of the order or if your company already has established credit terms
on account.
Credit terms may be established by calling our credit department Mon-
day - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, We accept American Express,
Discover, Visa, or Master Card, company check and cash.
Return Policy:
If an item is to be returned, call 800-635-7695 and ask for your sales
person. You must have an RMA number (return material authoriza-
tion) before sending any item back to us. RMA numbers are good for
7 days after issue date. Please furnish the invoice number and date. All
returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge. You must
inform us about defects, shortages and exceptions within 5 days or
the order is considered complete. There are no returns after 15 days.

Color Accuracy:
Although we do our best to make sure the colors in this catalog are
accurate, actual colors may vary. In addition, some of our products
use color chips as a color guide reference. Because the color chips
presented, throughout this catalog, represent similar colors in several
of our products appearance, the shade of the color chip may differ
slightly from the actual color of that product that it is representing.
Color chips should be used as a guideline only. If an exact color match

Shipping:
Standard shipping for most orders is UPS unless otherwise requested.
Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight, size and UPS
shipping zones. We are not responsible for UPS or other carrier errors.

lumbus Ohio, as a manufacturer of textile screen printing and drying equip-
ment. With over 105 designs and 5 industry patents, Richardson was an
