SubLocTM SCRAIL® Installation Tips for best results in composite or wood decking • Subfloor material maybe affected by freezing temperatures and it would be beneficial when possible to allow material to warm up in sun light. • Inconsistent air flow or a “knot” in the floor joist or subfloor material can cause SCRAIL® not be driven flush. To fix this problem, simply drive it with a hammer or tighten down with a drill. • Always drive the SCRAIL® with the nail gun perpendicular to the decking surface.
