. To disable the alarm function, press the ALARM SET 1/2 button.
Note:
While the buzzer alarm volume is fixed and cannot be adjusted, the music alarm
volume can be adjusted to your desired level usingthe VOLUME +/- button.
If iPod
mode is selected, make sure the iPod is inserted in the docking station
and the volume is set to a suitable level.
This unit has a dual alarm function. Use the ALARM SET 1 button to set the
time for alarm 1, or the ALARM SET 2 button to set the time for alarm 2.
Snooze function
When the alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE/SLEEP button to stop the alarm
temporarily and it will sound again after 6 minutes. To cancel the SNOOZE
function and repeat the alarm the next day, press the AL OFF button.
Sleep function
You can program the unit so that the music you are listening to stops
automatically after a certain amount of time (up to 90 minutes).
1. When the unit is switched on, press the SNOOZE/SLEEP button repeatedly to
select the duration from 90 to 10 minutes. The duration can be adjusted in 10
minute slots, from 90 minutes to off.
2. When the preset sleep duration elapses, the unit turns off automatically.
3. To cancel the sleep function before the preset sleep duration elapses, press
the STANDBY button to turn off the unit immediately.
FUNCTION select
When the unit is switched on, press the FUNCTION button repeatedly to select
one of the following sources: radio (“FM”/”AM”) or AUX IN. To enter iPod mode
(“
"), press the iPod button.
VOLUME control
Press the VOLUME +/-
buttons to adjust the volume level.
MUTE function
Press the MUTE button on the remote control to turn off the sound. Press it again
or use
the VOLUME button to resume the sound.
EQ function
Press the EQ button repeatedly to select your desired music mode:
Rock”,
Classic”, “Jazz or Pop. The corresponding text is displayed.
Connecting the headphones
Plug the headphones (not supplied) into the headphones jack at the back of the
unit for private listening. The speaker output will be shut off automatically.
