TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problems Recommendations
1.The player or
display does not
work properly.
1.1 Press the button to go to standby mode and
press it again to turn on the unit.
1.2 Press the RESET button with a sharp object to reset
the unit.
1.3 Reset the unit by unplugging the AC power cord for a
few seconds, then plug it back in.
2. No sound, poor
sound.
2.1 Check the cable connections.
2.2 Use the FUNCTION button to select the correct
mode.
3. Noise or distorted
sound in radio
mode.
3.1 FM mode: Extend and position the FM antenna to
achieve the best reception.
3.2 AM mode: Orientate the AM loop antenna to achieve
optimum reception.
4. No sound, poor
sound in iPod
mode.
4.1 Check that you have used the correct adapter.
4.2 The EQ function in your iPod/iPhone must be set to
“Off”.
4.3 Your iPod is not supported by the unit. Connect your
iPod to the unit via the AUX IN jack
