Introduction
This ice machine is the result of years of experience
with aked and nugget ice machines. The latest in
electronics has been coupled with the time tested
Scotsman aked ice system to provide reliable ice
making and the features needed by customers. The
features include easily accessible air lters, simple
conductivity water level sensing, evaporator clearing
at shut down, photo-eye sensing bin control and the
ability to add options.
