3.3.3. Service Configuration Menu
The Service Configuration Menu contains parameter setups for video and VBI
services.
The Service Configuration Menu is entered from the IRD Configuration Main
Menu (see Paragraph 3.3) and is displayed in the following menu format:

The Service Configuration Menu parameters are categorized as follows:
• TV1 and TV2 Select (if applicable)
Enables to assign a service from the incoming TS to a decoder. In the
case of a dual decoder, a user can assign two services from the incoming
TS, one for each decoder (see Paragraph 3.3.3.1).
• Stand-Alone
This feature will be supported in future software releases.
• Preferred Language
This group contains parameters that define the preferred language (see
Paragraph 3.3.3.3).
• PID
This group contains parameters that define the PID components in the
elementary stream (see Paragraph 3.3.3.2).
• Mapping Port to Service
This group contains parameters that define the port mapping and service
components for each elementary stream (see Paragraph 3.3.3.5).
• General Configuration
This group contains parameters that define the response of the IRD to
various operational states (see Paragraph 3.3.3.6).
